By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide AIGC tools for designing customized pet products (e.g., engraved tags, portrait-based accessories). Services include design assistance and order processing. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. User Responsibilities

You must:

  • Provide accurate pet measurements (e.g., collar size, weight) before ordering;
  • Use services lawfully and not violate any regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and AIGC-generated designs are owned by us or licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

5. Returns & Refunds Policy

Integrated based on your requirements and UCC §2-316 (custom goods exemption)

5.1 Customized Products

  • Design Revision:
    • One free revision is allowed before production.
    • Initial design draft will be provided within 72 hours after payment.
    • You must confirm or request changes within 12 hours. Failure to respond = automatic approval.
    • Revised drafts will be delivered within 72 hours, requiring confirmation within 12 hours (or deemed approved).
  • Refunds:
    • All personalized items are FINAL SALE unless defective.
    • Refunds during design phase: Max 40% of item price (covers design costs).
    • No refunds after production starts.

5.2 Non-Customized Products

  • Handcrafted Items: All products are made-to-order.
    • Cancellations before shipping: 40% refund.
    • No returns after shipment (per industry standards for handmade goods).

5.3 General Rules

  • Measurement Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate pet measurements. Size mismatches due to incorrect data are ineligible for returns.
  • Hygiene Restrictions: Products contacting pets’ mouths (e.g., custom chew toys) cannot be returned (FDA guidelines)

6. Disclaimers

We make no warranties about website operation or content accuracy. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Direct/indirect damages from product use (e.g., pet injuries from misuse)
  • Design outcomes failing to meet subjective expectations.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance of changes.

9. Governing Law

Governed by California law (USA), excluding conflict of law principles.
